The location of the hostel is perfect, right in the heart of the old city, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. the rooms are clean and nicely decorated in a traditional Indian style, offering a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the breakfast served at the hostel is delicious and satisfying.

gostops udaipur exceeded my expectations once again during this early flight. the staff's helpfulness and charm made me feel right at home. the convenient location and easy access to attractions was a bonus. thanks for another great stay!

Wifi in our room didn't work.

Great location near key attractions. The rooftop area is amazing for hanging out and relaxing. The beds in the dorms have curtains for privacy, personal fans, and big lockers. The breakfast served here is really good.

Some minor maintenance issues such as non-functioning aircon and lack of toilet paper in the bathroom were reported. The WiFi can be unreliable and the login system is annoying.

Beautiful hangout zone with stunning views of Lake Pichola and the palace. Co, operative staff, including property manager Dipan who provided helpful guidance on nearby places to explore. Dormitory concept for backpackers at a cost, effective price, including air conditioning and free amenities. Lovely rooftop area for relaxing or enjoying meals from the in, house open kitchen.

Limited and not unlimited WiFi, requiring frequent trips to reception to renew data package. Beds in the double rooms are quite hard.

I had an amazing time during my stay at Gostops. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home in this hostel. The staff, especially Bhavesh and Bharat, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and as described, and the hostel had a great ambience. The rooftop offered stunning views of the city, and I enjoyed meeting other chill travelers there. Last but not least, the chai at Gostops is hands down the best I've had in any hotel or hostel in India!

Amazing Staff

We were actually surprised by the very nice staff at Gostops. They were always friendly, helpful, and were pretty good too ensure our comfort. One staff member in particular stood out with his really good service.

Exceptionally friendly staff, convenient location near many attractions, abundance of shops for shopping, easy access to transportation options, comfortable private room, and a rooftop terrace with a partial view of the lake. I would highly recommend staying at Gostops Udaipur - Rooms & Dorms.

The hostel had a great location, with many attractions within walking distance. I also appreciated the friendly staff, who were always helpful and made me feel welcome. Moreover, the hostel offered a variety of shops and convenient stores nearby, which made it easy to find everything I needed.

The maintenance work was noisy and started early in the morning, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, there were some miscommunications regarding the breakfast and the electrical problem, which left me feeling frustrated.
